Incorporates recommendations from watershed analysis to avoid problems with peak flows through retention scattered throughout harvest unit. This unit also incorporated Plum Creek’s HCP riparian buffers for nonfishbearing streams. Cut areas above and in foreground pre-date the HCP provisions.
