Gara Banta on Revilla Island

"Gary Banta, agent of the US FWS at Ketchikan, on right assembling fly rod. Two Sea Bee planes have landed on Mirror Lake on Refilla Island, Southeast Alaska. Plane on left is U.S. FWS plane, other one is of the Ketchikan Air Service which has just brought other fishermen out from Ketchikan. This is a favorite spot for trout fishermen."
