ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England—Airman 1st Class Randall Cassell prepares to refuel an F-15 Eagle with JP-8 fuel here April 1. Airman Cassell is a refueling operator with the 48th Logistics Readiness Squadron. The 48th LRS manages and operates a fleet of more than 750 vehicles valued at $41 million.
