WOE111 Conservation Easement, Virginia

Mike Lane, an Izaak Walton League member from Suffolk, Virginia, purchased land adjacent to the Great Dismal Swamp National Wildlife Refuge to put into a Conservation Easement. Lane’s goal is to protect the swamp from development on it’s outer borders. Date: April 19, 2005 Location: Suffolk Virginia
