Whale identified as "Mars" lunge feeding on Stellwagen Bank

Whale identified as “Mars” lunge feeding on Stellwagen Bank. Note the baleen structures in the roof of the mouth, the distended ventral throat grooves or ” plates” and the water and sand lance (small fish type) spilling out of the mouth.
