Tsunami warning buoy recovery

Tsunami warning buoy recovery. This buoy had broken free from its mooring. The FAIRWEATHER screws churning to come ahead after the buoy is secure. This is to keep from drifting over the mooring chain and keeping it well astern during recovery.
