The aftermath of Katrina

The aftermath of Katrina. A boat lift, gift of the city of Valdez, Alaska, and transportation coordinated by NOAA Sea Grant personnel, arrives in Plaquemines Parish. This piece of equipment was needed to speed the refloating of vessels left aground by Katrina.
