O/A-10 Thunderbolt II - Ready to go

EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska—An O/A-10 Thunderbolt II stands ready just before a training mission here Dec. 21. The aircraft is assigned to the 354th Fighter Wing and its primary missions include air-strike control, close-air support, target interdiction, joint-air attack, combat escort, and combat search and rescue.
