NOAA scientists with AOML’s Physical Oceanography Division and the NMFS Southeast Fisheries Science Center partnered in a joint research cruise aboard the NOAA Ship Nancy Foster this past March-April 2007 to gather biological and physical oceanographic data from the coastal waters of the Virgin Islands.
