Hurricane of August and September 1848

Hurricane of August and September 1848. In: “The Ocean, Atmosphere and Life” by Elisee Recluse, 1873. P. 264. This is one of the earliest storm tracks of a single hurricane showing its northwestardly path and then recurvature to the northeast.
