Hiking down Mount Washington. This mountain has some of the most extreme weather in North America with winds clocked at over 200 mph at an observatory on the top. The stone cairns mark the Crawford Path, the oldest continously used hiking path in the United States. It was first marked by Abel Crawford and his son Ethan in 1819.
