Helicopter Picks Up Oyster Shells to Deliver to Restoration Site

Erosion has caused Pelican Island NWR to shrink from 5 to 2 acres. There are two phases to the restoration process. Phase one- the helicopter delivers clam shell to serve as a wave break on west side of Pelican Island NWR.
