Fort Rodman at Clarks Point

Fort Rodman at Clarks Point. This fort existed from the Civil War through the 1960s. A wastewater treatment plant, as part of the remedial activities to clean New Bedford Harbor, was placed at the site, after clean-up was completed, the facility was removed and a park was created.
