POZNAN, Poland—Tech. Sgt. Brenton Baker reviews F-16 Fighting Falcon seat procedures with Polish air force Capt. Arkadiesz Kurkiewicz here. Airmen from the Illinois Air National Guard’s 183rd Fighter Wing are familiarizing Polish airmen with the F-16 during the U.S. European Command exercise Sentry White Falcon 2005 through June 17. In 2006, the Polish air force will start receiving their own F-16s that will begin replacing their Soviet-made MiG fighters as the country modernizes its military to NATO standards.
