OVER WASHINGTON—An air refueling mission is reflected in an F-15 Eagle crewmember’s visor during a combat air patrol mission here July 1. The F-15 crewmember’s are assigned to the 94th Fighter Squadron at Langeley Air Force Base, Va., and the KC-135 is assigned to the Wisconsin Air National Guard’s 128th Air Refueling Wing.
