Ed Berg Firing Ikaros Flare as Bear Deterrent

See: http://kenai.fws.gov/overview/notebook/2006/nov/03nov2006.htm These flares appear to be well-suited for the careful, non-confrontational kind of bear viewing done at places like Hallo Bay and McNeill River.
