VOLKEL AIR BASE, Netherlands—Staff Sgt. Carlos Madrid (back) checks the work Dutch air force Chief Warrant Officer Frank Mollinger does during a weapons load exercise. Airmen from both services conduct many such routine exercises each quarter. Working as a team, the Airmen hone their skills uploading special weapons onto Dutch F-16 Fighting Falcon jets, and to ensure they are ready to meet any NATO requirement for a strike mission. Sergeant Madrid is assigned to the 703rd Munitions Maintenance Squadron, and Chief Mollinger is assigned to the 1st Fighter Wing. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Master Sgt. Keith Reed)
