Dr. Tracy Sutton (right, Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute) and Rachel Horak of College of William and Mary display rare knifenose chimaera ( Rhinochimaera atlantica) a primitive deepwater fish rarely encountered. The chimaera was captured during trawling from the NOAA Ship DELAWARE II at a depth of 1100 meters. Done in cooperation with NOAA OER.
