KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, Rwanda—Airman Shawn Perry tightens bolts on the engine of a C-130 Hercules in the early morning hours after it returned from a mission to bring Rwandan defense forces to the Darfur region of Sudan. The U.S. Air Force is set to bring more than 1,200 troops to the operation. Airman Perry is deployed from the 86th Air Maintenance Squadron at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
