SOUTHWEST ASIA—Capt. Jared Pavlich watches for ground traffic from the top hatch of a C-130 Hercules before an airdrop mission. Aircrews delivered 48 bundles containing about 69,000 pounds of food rations to U.S. and Iraqi Soldiers engaged in combat operations against anti-Iraqi forces.
