C-130 Hercules - Airmen prepare for humanitarian relief efforts

KIGALI, Rwanda—Staff Sgt. Austin Layton marshals a C-130 Hercules aircraft Oct. 24 at the international airport here. He is a flight manager assigned to the 322nd Air Expeditionary Group.
