An employee of NOAA’s Center for Operational Oceanographic Products (CO-OPS) installs an air gap sensor on the Don Holt Bridge. This sensor is critical for determining under bridge clearance as larger ships push the limits of bridge heights. This sensor is an intrinsic part of the Physical Oceanographic Real- Time System (PORTS).
